New events are created via the calendar in order to block out time:

  1. Select the date and time you wish the event to be and create a new event.
  2. Select who's calendar this if for if you have more than one therapist.
  3. Input a title and confirm the start and end times of the event.
  4. Add the location if you wished to make a note of this.
  5. Select 'add event'.
