Patients AND therapists receive email notifications as standard and SMS notifications if they have opted in to receive them.


Patients receive notifications for new bookings, amendments, cancellations and reminders 48 hours prior to the appointment.


When a therapist has created an appointment for a patient and sent a booking confirmation and payment request email. If this is still unpaid 48 hours prior to the appointment then a payment chaser will be included in the reminder notifications to the patient of the appointment.
