All cancellations must be processed through the sportsinjuryfix.com booking system, either cancelled by the patient or by you. 


If the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment then the customer will receive a full refund or they can move the appointment to a more appropriate time. You will be charged a payment processing fee for the initial transaction but not for a refund.


If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment then the money is processed as though the appointment happened and thus you will receive payment for it.


If the cancellation is processed through the sportsinjuryfix.com booking system then that time slot will free up to enable another booking. If the cancellation is not put through the the sportsinjuryfix.com booking system it will be treated and charged as though the booking took place and the time slot will not become available.
